Hunger

I’m sure this has been asked a million times on here, but how do each of you get thru bad hunger all day? I did IF and keto (18:6) last year with success. Went from 289 to 230. Then had my world turned upside down and I slid back into eating garbage and not fasting. I’m back to 255. I decided to do better again and lose more this time (goal is 200-210). But this time the hunger is so strong and find myself giving in about noon. What advice you guys got? I’m ok with snacking or drinking on something (not to break fast) if it can help. I start the day with coffee and usual try to eat 6-10pm. Advice?

Are you eating lots of carbs like bread, pasta, pizza etc at the moment? Try to decrease your carb intake and every time you eat, eat until you are completely full and you’ll see that your hunger will go away over time. It’s not a race, just take it slow and let your body get used to the change in diet.

Ice cold water works for me. Oddly enough, room temp diet litop tea mixed berry does too
