A short history of my fasting triumphs. About 4 years ago I was at my heaviest of 250. I looked like absolute shit. I saw a picture of myself sitting down for a lunch and i decided right then that enough was enough. I got into the fasting scene like alot of people did. Dabbled with it for a bit, consumed as many youtube videos about it as I could. I took the dive and did a 9 day water fast. Lost 11 pounds of pure fat and felt amazing. I kept it up as well as working out alot. Got down to a nice 208 and hit a plateau. I still looked pretty good though. Fast forward to now. I am up to 237 having fallen off the wagon hard. I am so ashamed of myself for letting this happen. I am a big appreciator of dry fasting but it has always been difficult for me as i get a burning sensation similar to what I believe a UTI feels like(never had one). I decided to say screw it and dry fast anyway until i feel the burning then I will drink till it goes away and start right back up. But no food ofcourse. Dont be like me. Its not worth it. Get this weight off and keep it off. I am starting over almost from where I started.

Great job! Its important you address the reasons why you ate so much to begin with. Some people start overeating to some sort of traumatic event, relationship issues, boredom. Only you know the true reason.
Fix it with fasterEFT tapping. Lots of these vids on youtube on how to do it. Will make losing weight so much easier.

Dry fasting is incredible. It would be great if you could take ongoing pics as it would be great motivation for people as well as yourself.
