Hey y'all,
I've posted a couple times recently asking for advice and encouragement to get me going on my fasting/weight loss process, and through those posts I connected with a couple different people as accountability partners. I found it really motivating having someone to report to each day.
Unfortunately, with both partners it didn't work out for one reason or another, so here I am, once again looking to connect with a fellow faster who I can correspond with somewhat regularly to share encouragement and accountability.
It would be great to find someone who has similar stats to my own and/or someone who has some experience with fasting.
I'm hoping to have a regular IF schedule with somewhat frequent longer fasts (40+ hrs), at least until I've lost the bulk of my excess weight. I've achieved such fasts in the past but I'm not great at keeping myself going on my own if I slip up or have a bad day, then I fall off the wagon for too long and the lbs keep piling on.
A few more relevant things about me:
- I was diagnosed with NAFLD earlier this year which is a big reason for wanting to lose this weight
- I've been getting bad migraines every month with my cycles, really hoping improving my health will reduce this
- I live on the west coast of North America, PST
- I've been socially isolated since before covid, and I thrive on people and friendship and have gone a bit crazy the past few years without it--which is to say, I will be very happy and grateful to chat and listen
