Started September at 203lbs. Today I am 189.
My routine for those interested:
I started my journey at 230lbs. I was fat. When I started I got down to 208 and called it a day for a year. I started back up this past April at 212. Kinda half commuted until August.
From August until now I have a strict routine with two off days a week.
30 mins of cardio (3.5 speed at 4 incline. Run at 6.0 for a minute when I feel like I can). I burn 320-350 calories doing this.
I eat one meal at 3:00 pm. I target 1000-1400 calories. I then fast until the next day and do it again.
My watch shows 700-800 active calories a day burnt and a total of 2500-2600 a day.
2600-1400 = 1200 calories / 3500 (lbs) = .34 lbs lost a day.

Nice post not fasting though obviously, if you had you would have burned 2600/3500 or 0.74 lbs a day. Your caloric deficit is not the same as fasting and can actually have harmful effects on your body whereas with fasting at least you get autophagy.
