The pharmaceutical industry and “health” industry are severely corrupt. How would they make money, after all, if people stopped eating and found that they could heal from their diseases? We wouldn’t need so many doctors nor pills. So naturally they’ll tell us that we need to take medication and eat 3 meals a day with processed junk because they can’t risk people knowing the truth since it means less profit. It’s very sad. The “progress” that medical science claims to have still doesn’t fully embrace fasting as a healing mechanism, which just adds to show how hushed it is. More pills, more technology to heal isn’t progress when we are looking outside of our own body. Whether people are religious or not, we literally have the capability to heal with our own body. That’s something that shows how perfect we were created - the body is one smart mechanism, people just don’t leave it to its own devices so it can heal
Jesus ressurrected from the dead with many witnesses, if you want to speak about Jesus, at least research a little, He did not claim to be just another special, He claimed to be the Son of God and over and far above anyone else.
This seems like a really weird way to put down other people’s religions and at the same time rave about fasting. Let’s not “face it”. It shouldn’t make you upset that ancient peoples understood things about the body and the world that in our current time period is seen as bullshit or quackery. It should make you feel relieved that such knowledge has been retained through the ages and is able to even be learned again. I also find it ironic you said we live in a biased society, yet here you are, showing your own bias, when it was not necessary. Frankly, it comes off as inflammatory, at best.
