Feeling hungry is normal, but feeling lethargic is a real problem. It could be a symptom of serious malnutrition. If you can’t solve it, you will need to go to the doctor.
Increase the calories you eat during your window. Especially fats, which will do a better job of lasting you through the day, and fiber, which helps you digest effectively. Make sure you’re getting enough micro nutrients. Are you taking a multivitamin?
🤣 Fasting vibes. You could make your window a lot bigger + eat more if you’re getting lethargic and pain, that’s not a good thing.
What are your goals with fasting anyways?
If this window is critical, I’d recommend ketoaid or just lots of water. I did ketoaid with lemon juice, black pepper, iodine, cinnamon in a small glass of water with ice when I was 3 days deep in a fast and it was a huge savior. Lots of water or calorie free gum can stave off cravings
Are you getting enough fat? I need fat with my final meal (I make a PB coconut fudge and have a piece of that after dinner), and limit carbs. I’m not low carb at all, but if I have too many with dinner (like 2 pieces of toast instead of 1), I wake up actually hurting with hunger. It was some trial and error, but that was the trick for me.
