I primarily do a 22 and 2 and it’s great. A lot of people have success doing a 48 or 72 once a week and then doing OMAD for the rest of the week.
I’d make sure you get in at least a 48 every week to benefit from some autophagy and then do your OMAD but keep it keto the whole way. You’ll still lost at a high rate.
The side effects were from the vaccine, not from the fasting. Most people who don’t fast still get that kind of reaction from the 2nd dose of the vaccine especially. Which makes sense, since you are basically injecting poison into your body.
