I’ve been trying to start an intermittent fasting routine, but I’ve been finding it so hard. The past few months I have started and failed so many times. I decided I would start incorporating exercise so it would give me motivation to stick with it.
I did a 20 minute HIIT workout and actually finished it! I had to stop the video three times because I was Completely out of breath, but I did it and I am so proud of myself.
Please send good thoughts my way to keep with intermittent fasting and exercising! This page has been so encouraging and I really appreciate everyone posting. You all inspire me!

Awesome job! Stick with it and you won’t regret it. Been doing HIIT since December 31st and I just started doing my 20 minute HIIT workout 2x a day, 6 days a week. It is soooo good for your physical and mental health. Here’s the link to the video I use. 20 minute HIIT workout
