I don’t have ink but a friend of mine (back in the day who was an ink artist in SF) would often discourage such, mainly from the stand point that as akin tightened, the design would have to be re-done (and thereby increase the cost).I’d check around with some reputable ink artists & get their take before jumping in.

I lost around 70lb early last year which isn’t near as much as you but I also had some loose skin in my inner bicep. I got tattooed there after losing all the weight.
I think the artist just stretched the skin out more and turned down the voltage on the machine :) it’s always worth asking the artist in advance though!
