I have some questions.

I have been following this sub for a bit and see awesome results. I unfortunately am driven by pain and am.going through it right now. My wife left me and I honestly haven't eaten in a week and lost 15 lbs. I know that is not the way to go.about it. I am going to force myself to eat today but want to be healthy about it. I will prob do black coffee in the morning water throughout the day and a sensible meal for dinner. Is there any health risks I am missing g if I were to do that everyday?

Sorry to hear that you are going through that. I’m glad you’ve decided to resume eating in spite of it. If dinner is going to be your only meal, you just need to make sure it has enough calories. Look up a TDEE calculator online and see how many calories you should be eating for the results you want. Eating too little can crash your metabolism and also have health risks. I hope you are able to get back into a routine that feels good to you.
