Before you have easy metabolic flexibility where you switch between burning calories from food to burning calories from stored body fat you can get nausea from low blood sugar. If you keep at it it will get better. Also having some electrolytes help me when I’m feeling that way. Of course this is just my experience and I can not say if this is what is causing you to feel I’ll. Did you actually check your blood pressure or just read about that as a possibility?
