It gets easier. I experienced something similar but when I broke my habit of smoking weed before bed instead.
Your body gets used to the rhythm of eating and resting. As time goes on, your body will get used to something else.
I’d suggest establishing a different type of nighttime ritual. Reading, or a bit of nighttime yoga/stretching, or something along those lines that you can use as a pre-bed ritual.
I had almost forgotten about it but I had trouble falling asleep when i started IF too. I was a late night eater as well so it was difficult falling asleep without being stuffed. Two weeks and my sleep went back to normal.
What time is your eating window? What is the main problem with not being able to sleep? Hunger? Not being tired?Perhaps the sleeping issues been long present you just been covering them by eating yourself into coma?
