I Need Help!

So generally i dont post at all. But this time I want to reach out for help Happy New year to all of you, I am freshly 19YO Male. I have a strange feeling that pushes me to be better constantly, i am not satisfied with how i look. I used to weight 92Kg and dropped down to 72Kg thanks to biking, cardio and calorie deficit. The process took me 8-9 Months and i did it 2 years ago. Still being 175cm and 72Kg i am skinny fat. Seeing myself in mirror always makes me sad, i dont want others see me because my body is not perfect in my eyes. I started avoid social media, hanging out with friends and almost a lot of online interactions too. I just am not comfortable looking like this and interacting with people. I moved in with parents because housing crisis in my country and here there is abundance of food therefore i need self control. I am trying to IF 20-4. I want to be lean and I train almost daily, I consume eggs, vegetables, fruits, juices, diet coke and energy drinks and sometimes treat myself with carbs. I want to drop my bodyfat percentage. I also have low metabolism. I need advice on how do i proceed ahead and lose around 6Kg (12Lbs) of bodyfat in coming months. ​ Thank you all in advance, i know you are all amazing and helpful folks out here!

I concur with toning/adding muscle.And you can do it! NO gym required…seriously.1st - start weight training with your own body weight…push ups, squats, dips (with a solid chair or a short wall), cross sb scrunches to name a few.Don’t forget the cardio either…hi/lo intensity walking (walk at a normal pace for 3 minutes, walk fast for 1 minute, rotate that pattern for however long you are comfortable).You can also use vegetable cans as weights for curls, bicep pulls…
