I have been doing 19:5 for the past one month
I have had a really steady weight loss i was 111kg and not i am stuck at 102.5kgs the scale wount seem to budge this week infact it increased i am doing everything right like being in a calorie deficit going gym playing football
What seems to be the problem i was 102kg yesterday and today i am 102.5kgs
I measure the weight first thing in the morning after using the washroom
So i am regular on that

Everyone has daily/weekly fluctuations. Trust the process. Your body might just be storing more water the last few days for one reason or another. You could still be losing fat, even if the scale doesn’t move for a bit. Once it’s been a month of no weight loss, that’s probably when you should start looking for answers. Unless that happens, little blips like this can be ignored. Look up wooshing.
