Rolling Dry Fast. Make sure you’re well hydrated by making sure your urine is clear before going on a 3 to 4 day dry fast (no water, no food). after this 3 to 4 day dry fast, reseed properly and rehydrate yourself until your back to a healthy hydration level (this may take a few days) then start another 3 to 4 day dry fast. rinse and repeat. adjust to needs. listen to your body.
this should help get you to you goal weight no later that mid January and likely much sooner than that. good luck
If I were you I would look into animal based diet. If you aren’t eating enough healthy proteins and fats you are starving yourself of nutrients. If you are going to do intermittent fasting make sure you eating something healthy when you are eating. Not rice or chocolate.
Eggs or red meat, avocado and some type of fruit.
the easy answer is eat only vegetarian foods while keeping the calories around 1000 calories and do as much cardio as you can wether it be running, walking, swimming, elliptical, hiking, etc. just do as much cardio as you can. I like to do a challenging amount of cardio fairly early in the morning and then once again in the evening.
