I need some hope

My pre diabetes has come back. I’m committing to go back to 16:8. I would love to hear some success stories.

Co-worker of mine mid 60s beat diabetes flare-up in a few months, copying what I did, replacing breakfast and lunch with low calorie drinks. (He was quite mind blown that no food until after work would cause more energy and focus, not less.)

Hope your day is going good and that you have a nice weekend. I like to use the myfitnesspal website and app to build my meals for the day ahead so that I could follow a plan of what to be eating and adjust whatever in my food log needs to be increased or decreased. It helps me stay on track so that i dont end up overeating and having too much of any macronutrients which would be protein, fats or carbohydrates. It’s a good tool and defintely gets overlooked. Stay hydrated and hope you find your way.
