That’s pretty much it in a nutshell.
I’m fortunate in that my body is cool without the salts until after a 72 hour window - I just ensure replenish when I refeed.

The amount of times I commented something similar on these stupid posts 😳 people always look for other ways to fix their “need” and get some form of that dopamine effect. You can only succeed the snake diet if you just STOP EATING FOR LONGER THAN 24H, DRINK SJ AND REPEAT. Can’t get any easier 🤷🏻♀️
And ppl also need to realize, after you’ve watched a ton of his videos, he’s not some psycho meathead. He has a lot of good things to say about life in general. Much more intelligent that he appears being a start raving lunatic.
I said it on a few other occasions here: You can do it like that but most research and practical application in motivational psychology and conditioning says otherwise.
Also a lot of people here have eating issues closely related to or caused by emotional trauma. You don’t fix that by yelling at people. If you would there would be no need for any form of psycho-therapy.

Uh ok like it’s that easy to stop eating for 2 ficking days! Are you kidding me? Maybe if you are home with nothing better to do than focus on yourself. Try feeding 3 kids all day everyday and be around food all day. Then tell me how easy it is. And I don’t eat bad! Mainly stupid salad and chicken and broccoli but do not tell me how easy it is to eat nothing but air for days on end. Easy for some definitely not all
