Tl;dr
Female hormones screwed up my life. Used to be #150, didn't like some loose skin (went from 200-150 in about 6-8 months previous to this, on CICO and strength training/soccer, about three years ago, after kids) so I purposefully went up to #175 to feel better about my skin.
Then estrogen dominance kicked in from medication I was taking. Didn't realize for six months. Finally figured it out on my own and talked to my dr to adjust my meds. No matter how I ate I kept gaining around #5 a month. #40 total in that time. Even with fasting my estrogen dominance prevailed, I'm guessing because of an external source of estrogen from my meds.
Anyways, got those figured out then had the absolute worst holiday season I've had in many years. Stress, depression, etc. Got those issues figured out now too. All my meds have changed and now with the those and the combo of supplements I take I feel "normal" for the first time in my whole adult life. I can't even tell you the mind fuck that comes with having a mental baseline that is at the actual "functioning adult" level instead of the "always drowning" level. I'm on mobile or I'd rant about this more lol
Anyways, I LOVE fasting. But it's been hard lately to get back to it. Like I said, I've done several multiple day fasts before. I'm going to post vids and advice daily to keep myself accountable. If i get annoying just block my user! :-)
Here's my plan:
Physical activity:
4 days a week, 6 hours/day massage therapist
2 days/week, 2 hours each class high intensity kung fu
2 days a week of 90-120 mins soccer (starting back at this, so I'm adding it slowly. By week 3 I'll have built up to 2 games/week = ~4hrs)
1.5hr gym each morning, ~45 min full incline treadmill (increasing speed by .01 each day from 3.5) plus ~25 weight lifting and the rest on the hydro table and infrared body machine :-)
This was my typical routine prior to all my stress and I've not abandoned it all in the last few months, but averaged approximately half the times stated above.
Fasting routine:
With this heavy of physical activity I'm going to start with 6 days fasting then one day of bone broth. I'm going to cook it fresh every Friday and use it on Sundays. Then once I'm used to that again I'm going to try skipping every other Sunday. There's historical reasons for me to replenish with bone broth every 10-14 days. I think three more physical active you are during your fasts the faster your "true hunger" comes, because each time I got around two weeks I had this insane feeling that all my cells in my body were yelling at me, begging for protein/amino acids/collagen. Every time I drank bone broth I'd be fine. And no, I was really on top of my electrolytes and didn't have muscle pains or headaches or water retention issues so I'm positive it wasn't that.
I'm going to do that until I'm the weight I want again. I don't have any real social obligations until May, so I have plenty of time.
Loose skin issues: my belly has this issue, but since I plumped up again maybe if I lose the tummy fat with fasting instead of cico then it'll be different. I'm taking nude pics daily to document.
I'm also taking serrapeptase (sp?) To help with loose skin.
I'm using dry brushes daily or every other day. I'm also using an Apple cider vinegar hand crafted no crap lotion and lavender/peppermint and any other essential oil good for skin. Aloe and other great oils to keep things happy on the outside as well. I'm really hoping all this work will pay of. I have some large stretch marks I'd like to at least shrink a little.
So that's my plan. I'm fasting after breakfast tomorrow until Sunday (my favorite pub happens to be an Irish one so I know I won't have the discipline to stay away haha)
Anyways, I'm doing this as a science experiment to help answer the loose skin and stretch mark questions about fasting, not just for fat. Which is why I'll be using bone broth every 7-14 days. So it's not a true 40 day fast or such, but more of a "what do I think will work best to make me happy with my body" fast, going as long as it takes because I have a bet that I'll be done before my daughter's birthday in May. There's money riding on this lol but don't worry, safety first. I'm definitely well researched into everything about fasting, I've spent more hours reading everything on dr fungs websites as well as every link about anything related to the mechanisms and such on sites like selfhacked, etc. I've read fungs main book as well.
Anyways, I probably won't post updates again until after Sunday (maybe Wednesday since that'll be day three and when I give up its either day 1 or 3 so I won't fool you guys with posting before then :-)

Edit: I realize I sound a little pretentious when I mentioned all the stuff I've read on fasting. I just really like learning about all this stuff and think I've got a good plan to get what I want, so I'm just really excited and babble about it. I'm really excited to find ways to maximize the body and healing. We need more healing in this world in every way and this is certainly is a big one for me, as is I'm sure many of us! I don't regret my kids at all, I just don't want to keep negatively associating what I think about it with my kids lol. Well, and I want to look smoking hot haha

I suggest taking Serrapeptase & Nattokinase together, and Only on empty stomach (2 hours before eating Or 2 hours after). With Milk Thistle & Chlorophyll.
I started taking these while fasting one month ago,
2 in the morning, 2 at night. And noticed change within my body even in the first week. All the inflammation went away (even my foreskin became much more elastic and my organ hangs alot lower when soft (possibly indicating that i had excess scarred tissue around my shaft.
