I wanna give up!!!!

Today is day seven of my dry fast. Going for 11.5 or 12 days. Day 5 and 6 I had a toxic film in my mouth that made my stomach hurt. Had to brush my teeth 3 times each day. At the gym I get seriously dizzy if I stand too fast and I didn't do super intense workouts. I have been craving water with an intensity that cannot be explained. I just want to drink water. I even googled photos of water and bought a new water pitcher. It's crazy. 4.5 days left. 4.5 days left. Help! Any motivational quotes?

Congratulations on reaching 7 days! You motivated me to continue. You got this 💪Maybe don’t do gym workouts for the next few days and just take it easy. And remember why you are doing this! Commitment is hard, sometimes we need to discipline ourselves and that means sacrifice. It’s okay and it’ll be worth it!If you don’t mind me asking, have you stepped on the scale this journey and if you have, how many lbs did you drop? I know the scale can be annoying but it also motivates us as we get closer to our goal.

I made it only 5days and I broke yesterday bc I have a job that makes me talk a lot. My mouth got too dry yesterday.

Coincidentally, I’m also at day 7 of hard dry fast today. I’ve done several hard dry fasts previously that lasted 1 week (8 days my max). I’m also aiming for 11+ days but I’ll see if I get there this time. I hope I do.

I visualize all the good things happening. The garbage being eliminated. The healing that’s happening on many levels. The positive evergy that is flowing through old blockages. I think thoughts like “be still with yourself and easy on yourself you’re doing so good” and try to stay really calm. I let myself curl away from the world and rest if I need to. I research things I’ve always wanted to learn to distract myself. I also work to detach from being my body a little, eg you’re a being who’s caring for it right now, let it rest and cry for water and whine but be conscious that you are not those thoughts. You’re doing really really good right now, seven days is my next goal and you’re already there. Focus on the good. You can do it friend!
