I want to be held accountable!

So long story short, I’m tired of being overweight. I’m tired of being out of shape and ashamed. I want to turn my life around. I know I can do it I just need to push myself and I have decided that it started 17-12-2021. I will give update every two weeks! I’m not comfortable enough to post pictures of my body as of right now but will post scale photos in two weeks. I’m 164cm/170,2kg/27y/f and I will try to find what type of fasting works for me. FYI, English is not my first language, sorry if I misspelled something.

I’ve been on it a short while, and started slow the the amount of fasting time.

I’ve settled on a min of 16/8 that seems to be working for me.Added in some light exercises weekday mornings. And in my short time (since October) I’ve seen some scale movement and change in clothing fit.

Just a thought, seeing a personal trainer once a week might really benefit you. They’ll encourage you, track your progress, and help keep you accountable.

A good trainer will also help with your diet and developing healthy fasting habits.
