I want to be held accountable.

So long story short, I’m tired of being overweight. I’m tired of being out of shape and ashamed. I want to turn my life around. I know I can do it I just need to push myself and I have decided that it started 17-12-2021. I will give update every two weeks! I’m not comfortable enough to post pictures of my body as of right now but will post scale photos in two weeks. I’m 164cm/170,2kg/27y/f and I will try to find what type of fasting works for me. I welcome any advise! FYI, English is not my first language, sorry if I misspelled something.

Nice. I do rolling 3 day fasts weekly since end of November. Fast Tues-Fri(Dinner to Dinner time) eat normal other days.

If you havnt fast before I would recommend just skipping a meal or two to start and listen to your body so you dont over do it. Every week just extend little by little.

Day 1: HeadachesDay 2: Hunger, ColdDay 3: Complete clarity, No hunger till last couple hours, low energy

Ive lost 15kg since earlier this year but most of it(7.5kg maybe) was lost after Thanksgiving because that’s when I started learning more about fast and began the 3days.

Be careful when you break your fast. I just broke mine an hour ago and went straight to the restroom(sorry tmi). It takes about a day for my body to go back to digesting normal.

Looking forward to your updates. I have about 23kgs left before my journeys done and even when complete I plan to fast regularly. It’s tough but getting easier and easier. You can definitely do it just be safe.
