Go to YouTube & look up keto or low carb meals
Figure out which meal you would be most comfortable skipping every day & start passing it up.
Listen to podcasts or YouTube channels about fasting, low carb eating & why it works.
Drink water. Drink more water. Add electrolytes. Drink some more.
Don’t be tempted to snack. If you absolutely must snack make sure it’s a savory food. Even non-sugar & low carb sweets can cause you to binge or be hungrier. DON’T eat commercial keto or low carb snacks. They usually come with hidden carbs & bad ingredients.
Run your age & weight through a tdee calculator, set your activity level to sedentary even if you think you are not & start counting & weighing everything that goes in your mouth.
Fasting is a skill. Download a fasting app & set it to longer & longer fasts.
Really, 10 to 15 pounds a month when you’re very over weight is very achievable

Stop eating. You won’t die. If your embarrassed and sick of it. You can do it, I’ve lost 26 doing a 14 day fast. You just gotta commit to it and except the embarrassment. Waking up and looking at my ugly gut in the mirror and getting on the scale was the only thing that got me to my goal.
You can definitely accomplish your goal in that time frame. Watch your calories and fast as often as possible. My opinion is that rolling 48’s are the best to start with and then just follow CICO with 24 hr fasts a few times a month. But you will have to find what works for you. Eating a higher protein lower carb diet will help keep cravings away. Watch a bunch of Cole’s videos for inspiration and information, if you haven’t already. That can be archived in a month but what you will need is mentality for this. If you stick to 48’s for a straight month or 72’s back to back you will lose a lot or more if you incorporate cardio. That’s just the truth
I’m 32 lbs down since Feb 21. I do OMAD 1500 caps or less with low carb and little to no exercise but since it’s nicer out now I’ve been trying to get 10,000 steps in. I bet you can do it! Good luck sir!! Oh and I was 321 lbs when I started. 6’1. Male.

Me and my two friends use the snake diet to cut.
All three of us consistently lose 1.5 - 2 pounds per day on it.
We mostly do 72 hour fasts.
Just do the math. If you did rolling 72s for a month. You’d go from eating 80-100 meals a month all the way down to only eating 10-20 meals.
In theory, you’d lose 40-60 pounds in 4 weeks(or 10X 72 hour fasts)
You’ve got over 8 weeks. You could lose 80-100 pounds in that time if you wanted to.
You can absolutely do this, make yourself some snake juice and fast as much as possible. Start with a 48 hour fast to break your fear of fasting, if you feel good at 48 hours then keep going. Then do another 48 or even a 72. After your second 48 do a 72 and just keep cranking it up and you’ll be there before you know it. Longer fasts equal better results, if you can fast for 30 days right out of the gate then you’ll be at your goal in no time. That’s just not gonna happen for a lot of people
Youre going to have to do at least 5 day fasts every week. At least 1 hour of LISS cardio everyday too.
Honestly your fault for not starting sooner, you could have easily done 48s but you put yourself in this situation.
And who would miss their daughters graduation because they’re fat? Do you really think you daughter cares, or is this not about her at all? I bet its about your ex wife, you want her to think you’re something you’re not and think fasting will be a quick and easy way to fool her. If thats what you think, you’re mistaken. Fasting is a spiritual fortifier that takes grit, its not an easy way out.
Fast for 24 hours and eat a keto meal, then try 48, eat, then 72, see how your body feels. Try to work your way up to 4 days fasting, i was doing something similar and it’s been a game changer. Just listen to your body if your body isn’t feeling well, listen to it.
I’ve eaten a healthier keto diet for 2 years I lost 85 lbs I lost 30 of that in the first 3 months, salmon, fish, veggies like spinach, zucchini, garlic, use oils instead of butters (I use butter on my eggs but eggs get old fast) throw out your sugars, I use monk fruit as a replacement, it works for everything, throw out sodas, like them? Try a carbonated flavored water, just prepare for a massive keto flu if you aren’t careful (Gatorade zero is a great way to keep up your salts if your big on flavor) feel free to dm me
To say the truth, I doubt this is realistic. Even mathematically it’s basically not possiblie, not to mention psychologically. There is only so much a body can lose.

Let’s say you burn 2000kcal a day.
For 75 Days that’s 150000 kcal.
150000kcal in kg of bodyfat = 150000/7700 = 19.48kg
= You will lose 19.48 kg (= 43pounds) of bodyfat, if you don’t eat anything for 75 days
That’s a single 1800-hour-fast. No slip ups or exeptions allowed.

You are going in the right direction though. Yo CAN achive SOMETHING up to that date! So don’t give up! But also don’t go with discouraging unrealistic goals.
