I want to know the importance of the skin having no contact with water

"Soft fast, Hard fast" since the skin is the largest organ in the body, does anybody know and experienced how different the "impact" is between these two ways? If i have zero exposure to water will it have more sense? Because i really feel like i'm "drinking" through skin absortion and that it could be avoided. I read The Phoenix Method and at a point says to keep showering but i wanna hear other voices. Another question. During a soft dry fast, can i swim in the ocean? Am i not breathing wet hair too much during that, resulting in getting water inside the body? Same question with using a nebulizer. (breathing fisiologic solution through "vapor" wich is particles of oxigen with water) am i interrupting process if i do that? And finally can i pour coconut oil on my skin, does that do anything. Thanks a lot. This might be specific but i've been having these doubts for a while. I'm excited to read you all

Answer

Soft dryfast - 50% of the experience of water. Internal heat. Higher body temperature. Sometimes can be cold. Can fast longer.

Hard dryfast - 0% of the experience of water. Stronger internal heat. Stronger therapeutic effects on virus and bacterial infections. Stronger cleanse of emotional or mental addictions. The real fire.
