I want to lose as much as I can till July

I want to lose as much weight as I can for july. Do you recommend rollings 72s or Fasting for weeks straight?

As everyone said, rolling 72s works very well. You can even throw in a random 96 here and there 🤷‍♂️And honestly, it doesn’t really matter what you eat, if it’s a small 1 or 2 hour window. Eat till you’re super full, then stop for REAL, and make sure you eat nothing else at all.However, IF you wanna make it easier, low carb just makes the hunger non existent basically. If you can handle it, eat keto or carnivore. If it’s too hard and you can’t maintain, then eat garbage and junk at the beginning, only because it’ll make it easier psychologically. Looking forward to pizza and mcdonald’s and other junk helps some people keep going. ONLY do that if you absolutely have to. The fasting part is key. Check out a YouTube guy, I think his channel is called Finally Fasting. He does rolling 72s and 96s, then eats for like 3 hours and eats a MOUNTAIN of food. Like 6000 calories. And he still went from lime 250 pounds down to 130 pounds. Do what works for you 👍

Do the extended if you can, I did rolling 90’s and it was torture. I do better just not eating and spending my time meditating. I’m day 9 of a 30-40 right now and I expect to go from 260 to 200 since I’m doing cardio as well. Get a big white board and write your weights daily, make it a daily ritual no matter what.just use common sense and do what feels good to you,’just never gain weight, never give up, and don’t fall into peer pressure. If you have a social event on Saturday and your fast ends on Thursday, it’s better to extend that rolling fast until the social interaction or else you’ll either skip the event, or worse eat within your fasting window and end up falling off the wagon.

straight fasts are faster…But if I am being completely honest, this is a very stupid goal to have.

Just train for discipline and good health and food relationship and the wight will go eventually. Is it the end of your life to lose that weight by october?

Just aim to be healthier. And for that, you need to have high maintenance calories and that only happens with shorter fasts with big refeeds, also do strength training and good luck.

If you still for some reason want the fastest while neglecting your health, just dry fast and lay in your bed for the whole time.

Think of something you know you’ll be able to stick to. That way you can nail it 👌 I would do rolling 72s with small refeeds, that way you know you won’t screw up, unless your discipline is on point and you know you can stick with the weeks long fast. You got this 👊

So I’m on Day 3 of a 24 day Fast right now. In my experience, the first 3 days are torture but day 4 is heavenly. No Hunger and No headache. The metallic taste is alleviated with ACV in the snake juice, and honestly the nausea is the toughest after that. But I’ve done 12 day with water only and that sucked because of low energy. Now with snake juice, the electrolytes make it seem much better. Hoping I can do the next 21 days and then transition to bone broth In a tight window daily for 14 days. Hopefully I’ll hit my goal of 80 lbs loss. SW: 253. CW: 245

Hoping to continue after with green juices and bone brothuntik I hit goal wt and then do OMAD with salad fruit and meat lifestyle
