What will be the best sustainable routine for me to loose this weight and build some muscle while at it. This is the utmost serious attempt at weightloss where I am not foolish enough to try going for long fasts like 15-30 days and end up eating everyday like its my last. Which I have been doing for the last 2 years.
I am an Indian vegetarian.
I don't like doing cardio, but I can cycle for like 25kms in 1.5 hours.
I love lifting.
I bench 40 kgs
I deadlift 60 kgs
If someone can volunteer to like coach me it would be the best thing ever.
I am thinking of starting rolling 48 fasts where I have one cheat day a week so like 4 meals a week.
Back to back 72s can be a bit much for me.
What should be my approach here? Please help.

I also second go ahead and get on Cole’s snake diet motivation page on fb, you’re already willing to post body pics and I think that and being overweight are the all the requirements you need to get some coaching. I think this sub is more for people doing it themselves.
