Answer

6 pack abs are simply a matter of getting very lean. Genetics will play a part as well as having well developed abs. There is no specific diet to get abs, simply a caloric deficit. Obviously there are benefits to choosing whole foods over processed foods and meeting macro requirements as far as health, satiety, and performance.

If this diet has you in a deficit and you continue to adjust calories as needed to continue weight loss you would be fine.

Actually, looks like a pretty good menu to achieve the 6 pack abs! I can’t even knock the banana since your other fruits are berries and they’re your only other source of sugar. Good luck and I hope you can stick to it!💪🏽

From what I’ve read you are at a low enough bodyfat % already to have a 6 pack. Still worth getting a little leaner, but I would start hitting your abs hard. Might just not have enough hypertrophied muscle to show.
