IF and exercise schedule?

I used to do 18:6 and 20:4 depending on how I was feeling but I'm struggling to continue that now that I'm lifting regularly. I don't know how to schedule my eating window with my workouts. Do I just workout fasted or should I end my fast right before my workout so I can eat something small? I feel like I can't lift as heavy without eating first. How do you guys schedule your eat window and lifting?

I do my workouts in the morning while fasted, before going to work and then about a handful of hours later at 12pm I break my fast even though its before my lunch break. When do you sleep? When do you train? When do you work? If your workouts are near the times that you are most busy you could have your meal right afterwards breaking your fast and then go to work or school. Training fasted yes you’ll feel a bit weaker because your body already burned through the glycogen from the food and is switching to the glycogen in the body in the liver and muscles for energy.
