My gallbladder was removed a while ago after a great weight loss. I’ve been probably the healthiest I’ve been, looked great, but was under tremendous amounts of stress due to college and a very active academic life, while being so poor that it was funny. Upon the gallbladder removal, I’ve not been aware of the effects of saturated fats on my body, and greatly suffering from depression, I’ve managed to gain nearly 50kg over the period of 7-8 months. Intermittent fasting has helped me burn fat much faster (particularly visceral fat, most importantly) and over the past several months I’ve lost 22kg with 16:8. Remember to take your vitamins, try juicing, and DO NOT do keto, as it does us more damage than good because we don’t have one of the key organs that break down fat. Keep being consistent! We can do this!
