Yes I only started 16:8 to 20:4 at start of April and found my weight loss stalled the week leading up to my period. Then I lost quite a bit in the days after it ended.

Yes for sure. Right before I got my period there was a stalled. This is probably due to the water retention that happens right before your cycle. I found what I was doing keto my periods were a little upheaved on timing. I was doing intermittent fasting at the same time so I think it was the fasting that did it actually.
This makes sense though that the cycle would be a little bit different when there’s fasting going on. Maybe the body is thinking that it’s in a state of starvation therefore not in any position to be having offspring.
I have only ever really done intermittent fasting 16/8. When I combined it with keto last month I found my PMS to be a little bit elevated. My mood really Tanked. However I’m thinking I did not get enough calories in during my 8 hour time frame. I am about to embark on a 3 to 5 day fasting time this week and it happens to be my PMS week so I’ll have more details!:)
