IF and Training

Hi all, new to IF. My goal with IF is all about getting rid of excess weight and being happier with myself. The issue I'm finding is that I train BJJ 4 or 5 times a week with 2 weight sessions and the occasional run and most of these sessions happen on the evening but my feeding window ends at 4pm. Has anyone had any similar experiences with how to manage cravings post workout? It isn't really hunger, I'd say it's definitely more cravings? Maybe I just need to tough it out or perhaps there is an actual solution? It really is messing up my progress as sometimes I come home and eat everything. Thanks in advance. You could change your eating window to start later in the day and end later in the day. I used to do 8pm to 2pm fasting but changed it to 6pm to 12pm fasting cause I’d feel too full when I go to bed around 10pm.
