I’ve never done weight watchers but it’s always seemed so different than regular life that I feel it would be hard to transition out of it, seems like they try to trap you to make money.
Fasting is free and helped me immensely with me relationship with food; understanding hunger and what fullness felt like after letting myself fast for 18-20 hours. I learned to appreciate hours 12-18 when I was empty but not hungry, and also appreciate when I was eating way more than when I ate all day. Helped me cut out late night snacking and even curb the sugar monster because in my feeding time I crave Whole Foods instead of this constant cycle of ooh salty ooh sweet, ooh need salty after the sweet now.
Do what works for you, try out different things and be gentle with yourself when things done work/stick - it just wasn’t for you. Fasting can be a wonderful addition to diet changes, the best program is the one that fits your life and allows you to be consistent
Edit: CONGRATS on 12 pounds down, awesome pace!
