What will be the most flexible way to do IF during these 2 months and how much should I cut down on carbs?

What would be far more useful is when your anticipated meal breaks are if this isn’t wfh.And how you eat/drink around workouts.
I work mobile, so I drive from client to client. I use one drive for my first meal, and eat dinner at home. That’s in a span of six to eight hours, typically. My baseline is 16/8, but I easily find the timer at 18 or 20 hours.
