I started working out this month, actually after workout it was difficult to maintain IF for me due to the hunger and tiredness. Even though I was consistent for 3 weeks I hardly lost a couple of pounds. I bet it would have been higher if I didn’t start workout as it would have been easier for me to maintain IF. I like the post workout high though.
As of now I’ve decided to quit gym & lose around 20 pounds next month and resume workout from 2023.
