If you’re a beginner just cut out breakfast to start you’ll work up to more time restrictive eating. Start tomorrow, just eat lunch and dinner no snacks. While “fasting” just drink black coffee, black teas, seltzers and water.
Fast every day but longer eating windows on weekends particularly Saturday (only skip one family meal on weekend):
Monday: (20:4) eat 2pm-6pm
Tues: (18:6) eat 12pm-6pm
Wed: (20:4) eat 2pm-6pm
Thurs: no eating
Friday: (end 42 hr fast) eat 12pm-6pm
Sat: (15:9) eat 9am-6pm
Sun: (18:6) eat 12pm-6pm
