Yes it’s possible. With that intense training you will need to keep up on replacing your electrolytes. You will be dizzy and feel like crap if you don’t. There are many recipes in this sub that you can use.
As far as preparing… fasting is easier if you go low carb (20 grams or less a day) for 3-4 days before fasting. It’s not necessary but it will cut a lot of the hunger pangs the first couple days of fasting.
