So I started doing rolling 72s on October 11 and wanted to update yall today November 10 , I didn't weigh my myself here are my measurements.

Honestly rolling 72s has been very fun for me and i think it suits me and my lifestyle best from all the other type of fasts.I'm very proud of how far I've come and I hope to keep going until January(or until i reach my goal size).I'll post another update on December 10. (Oh and I eat whatever I want like pizza,burgers,pasta,sushi on my refeeds)

I’m a bit slow. By rolling 72, you eat a meal, then fast for 72 hours until the next meal? Rinse and repeat?
I eat keto and am going to start off with IF - 18:6 at first, then go to OMAD. I was going to pick 3 days a week to fast for 72 hours and try this for a while. If I understand the “rolling” version, will say I’m intrigued by it.
