It’s really up to you — there is no universal “best”, only what works for you personally. My suggestion would be to just pick one and try it for a week or two; see how it goes. You can always switch and try the other. There’s no need to make any kind of permanent choice right now. Just test-drive one option for a while.
I find it easiest to do dinner-only OMAD (eat in the evenings) because it lets me enjoy dinner with my husband every night, and lets me easily fit in social dinners with friends. For me, social/family meals are emotionally important, and I would never be able to stick to a schedule that meant I couldn’t have those meals. But of course, not everyone may have frequent social/family meals, or they might be fine just socializing and not eating at those gatherings — it totally depends on the individual person. I also don’t work nights, so I don’t know how I’d feel if I did.
