I’m using the block 11 am to 7 pm and it’s relatively easy to keep up. Easing into it until after the holidays, then starting a “diet”(less carbs and no fizzy drinks). Have been working out again 2 months prior to starting IF and it’s going pretty good so far. Haven’t lost a lot yet, but I’ve had to get a smaller belt so yay.
Start by skipping breakfast or dinner depending on which works best for your schedule. I started barely being able to make it till 10am without food, now I average a 22/2 fast, not quite omad bc I like to spread it out a bit. I use chronometer to track my calories and macros. I drink water and black coffee and tea during the day, on weekends I dirty fast with Bang energy drinks and sugar free sweeteners in my coffee. Pay attention to how you are feeling and slowly push your fasts longer every couple of days or weeks.
