So this topic has quite probably been covered before, so I'm sorry if that's the case, but haven't noticed any other posts myself.
I've been intermittent fasting for the last 8 months or so, generally sticking to 16-20 hours each day. However, I find that over the 16 hour mark my libido will drop and I have spoken to other people who experience the same thing. Of course, IF probably improves libido for a lot of people who shed large amounts of weight, reverse diabetes and reduce visceral fat. Yet, I'm wondering if people intermittent fasting who started out at a healthy weight and without co-morbidities are more likely to notice a downturn.
I'd be interested to hear other peoples' thoughts and if this is a widespread experience.

Salut,
I’m at a fairly healthy weight and I am using IF to shed the 5-8 kilos to be in my best form.
I have found a lowering of my sexual willingness if I should say. Bear in mind that I do some sports and live a classic life.
It would make sense as the body lay interpret it as “food is not all around so a kid might not have enough”.
This is my personal thinking and analysis, no sources or other to backup. I’d gladly be wrong.
