I wouldn’t say I do anything dietary, but I did move to a much healthier diet in general in conjunction with IF. No more soda, only water and flavored zero cal water during eating windows, and watch my calories.
I’ve been eating eating wfpb a lot. What I’ve really liked about IF is I don’t feel like I have to be perfect all the time, like it’s not gonna mess anything up for me. I try to be wfpb for health but I’m not strict
