For me, I usually take a break entirely, loosen up the schedule, or meet somewhere in the middle. This usually means something like disregarding timing but sticking to my IF eating habits otherwise - ie a small meal, a large meal, and little to no snacking.
Its vacation. Just eat. Although after a while of doing IF you can’t fit nearly as much as you used to be able to. So moderate the size of your eyes to your new stomach when checking out the menu. Enjoy your trip, safe travels!
