Intermediate Fasting while Powerlifting

Yeah I know title seems pretty basic and I'm kind of a slow person but I'd like y'all take on it. Is it possible to do that. I'm only able to work out in the morning because of my job. But after lifting weights and the usual I take my protein drink and eat food because well protein. I want to gain muscle as well as lose weight/fat . Get lean so to speak. Should I just eat my calorie intake within a couple hours and then start fasting at like 4pm. I go into work at like 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. and leave at 10 p.m. or 11 p.m.

That’s pretty much what I do. My eating window varies from day to day, some days 7 am - 11 am, some days 8 am - 4 pm. Occasionally 11 am - 7 pm if i’ve got a dinner out. And I usually lift in the morning.
