I never take electrolytes. I only drink water when I have a meal and then I go into dry again. Intermittent works super well if you eat properly, but if you are consuming a bad diet, it might be different. I eat a lot of fruit, so my body is hydrated really well from that and I can fast no problem. My body has built up to function easily without water
We are not talking about just water because with just water you won’t be able to sustain this at all and it is dangerous.
We are talking about electrolytes with water. In that case, I will answer that once you start drinking your electrolytes, maybe a half an hour later you should be good to go train. Keep drinking after you finish training and throughout draining, that’s Cole Robinson’s advice.
I don’t know if the body adapts and you stop lacking electrolytes. I want to say that it does since the body adapts to most changes.
