Answer

Another good book about fasting (one of the first of the 20th century) is by comedian Dick Gregory called Dick Gregory’s Natural Diet for Folks Who Eat: Cookin’ with Mother Nature. It’s very comical but it’s from the 70’s so some of the cultural references are outdated but the science of fasting was the same!
