When you ask the question “is this healthy,” the real question should be healthy compared to what?
This protein powder is fine, minimal ingredients. Ya there’s artificial flavours and sweetener, but in minimal doses it’s not very problematic, unless it is for you.
If you feel fine taking this, there’s no problem. Now, would it be better to have a whole food protein source, like legumes, tofu or lean meat? Possibly. But if this is more convenient for you, fits your needs and you feel fine, then don’t worry about it.
Please… let’s not overlook the artificial flavor,the alkali and of course the sunflower and soy lecithin…. none of that shit needs to be in the other than to prop up an inferior product. Is it gonna hurt you long run? Depends on how much you consume as with anything,poison is in the dose.
