Is Death Fasting "Lite" possible?

Does my Theory hold any weight? My thoughts are that if you drink and eat just barely enough DAILY as to not need to go through a refeeding cycle then theoretically your body will always be in a challenging state and thus you'll lose weight via calorie deficit and lack of hydration. In essence, keeping your calories just low enough that a bad refeed won't risk your health while keeping water intake low would force your body to break down fat cells for it's water needs. My hope is to get the benefits of a dry fast without the health risk of breaking the fast improperly. Optional info about my goals: I'm a 23O pound, 5 foot 10, 30% body fat, 32 Year Old Man & hoping to get to 15% body fat before I start exercising to maximize "Newbie Gains" to build muscle instead of just burning fat.

Best way to lose weight is not to eat back to back days. Once you get about 20 or 30 lb from your goal weight, then you can start experimenting with eating daily. I would recommend alternate day fasting. Drink snake juice and walk on the fasted day and eat a few meals and exercise on the refeed day. Best wishes 👊🐍

I have a great protocoll. Rolling 72s. Moderate death fasting.

You do snake juice for 48 hours and last 24 hours dry. Exercise on the days you drink snake juice and rest when you dryfast. When you break the dryfast do it slow and keep it simple with some fruits, eggs and meat.

REPEAT!

Please dont be a hero. If you feel unwell just refeed. Youll lose 100 ibs in 2-3 months.
