If they are pasteurized then it’s safe to drink (i.e. it won’t make you sick). But doing so regularly can keep you from absorbing biotin, and a biotin deficiency can lead to all sorts of problems.
Studies also show that your body only absorbs about half as much protein from raw egg whites as it does from cooked egg whites. When you do that math, consuming them raw isn’t really worth it.
If you’re looking for a high protein addition to your smoothie, try 0% fat Greek yogurt, or protein powder.
Edited to add I also put frozen peas in my smoothies. About half a cup per liter of liquid. You can’t taste ‘em.
