I did 3 small meals for 1 year lost. All my weight never exceeded 1200 calories a day and many days under 1000 than life happened lol gained all my weight back and mow I fast 18/6. Sometimes, 24/1 lost almost all my weight, but this is so much easier for me than the 3 small meals it’s easier for me to do 18/6 than 3 meals and I don’t count calories eat what my body craves
it would make zero difference in weight loss, but might make a personal difference in how you personally feel about the day.
weight loss is only about over all calorie deficit vs base metabolic rate.if oyu are not burning food, you are burning fat (and other body parts if you have no fat)
