I see people on here say it’s better to end eating window a few hours before bed but everyone’s life is different, doesn’t sound like you’d struggle to sleep after your hectic schedule! If that’s the window that makes consistency the easiest then that’s your window.
It can always change as your life changes.
Listen to your body and do what you have to. Remember, though, to take time to take care of yourself because if you go down you’re no help to everyone depending on you.
Myself, I do OMAD and generally eat that meal sometime between noon and 4p most days depending on what else is going on. It becomes easier to stretch out fasts when needed after a while. Some days I’m watching the clock heavy, but more often I’m out doing something else and just remember that I still need to eat for today.
