Perhaps you have a broader frame than average. BMI runs on averages. If it’s the weight you feel best at, that’s a good target.
It certainly isn’t worth losing weight just to be at a lower weight if you’re sacrificing muscle to be there. You’ll be healthier in the long run if you can keep up your muscle mass and fitness.
Take your waist measurement. Less than half your height is a good target.
You will see as you lose weight. Try to get to that weight and see how you will feel. If you will feel great its ok regardless of the BMI. My BMI ideal weight is 10 kgs lower of the weight I actually feel really good at.
